The business of the ERG Group has been sold to a joint venture called Vix ERG Pty Ltd in accordance with approval by shareholders of ERG Limited at its Annual General Meeting on 17 November 2008. Vix ERG continues to operate the businesses formerly run by the ERG Group.

As approved by shareholders of ERG Limited at its Annual General Meeting on 17 November 2008, the Company's name has been changed to Videlli Limited. The Company continues to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the new ASX code 'VID'.

The automated fare collection business has been sold to Vix ERG. Videlli's main activity is to continue to pursue litigation against the New South Wales Government in relation to the termination of the Sydney Tcard project.
